What this page is for
This page is the public notice surface for material service disruptions, planned maintenance, and security or availability updates that we decide should be communicated openly.
It is not a contractual uptime commitment, formal service-level agreement, or guarantee that every issue will be posted publicly. It is a practical communication channel for the incidents and degradations that materially affect customers or prospects.
What we may post here
- planned maintenance or feature freezes that materially affect public signup or customer workflows
- confirmed service degradations affecting access, payroll review, reports, or related core product paths
- security or privacy incidents when public notice is appropriate in addition to direct customer communication
- resolution updates and short post-incident summaries when they help customers understand what changed
How notices work
When an issue is active, we may post an incident summary, the major affected surface, and the current response posture. We may update that notice as more information is confirmed.
If a confirmed incident affects personal data processed on behalf of a customer, direct customer notice will still follow the legal framework described in the DPA and other applicable obligations. Public posting on this page does not replace any direct notice obligation.
